BusbarMFG is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We review drawing-based requirements for copper, aluminum, flexible, insulated, laminated, and battery busbar applications before confirming a project quotation.
How we approach an RFQ
The review begins with the current drawing or model, application, material, finish, insulation, quantity, interfaces, and validation requirements. Open questions are clarified before specialized operations, inspection scope, timing, or commercial terms are represented as available.
- 1. Technical package
Submit drawings, revision, application conditions, quantities, and target milestones.
- 2. Engineering review
Review material, geometry, joints, plating, insulation, assembly, and verification requirements.
- 3. Capability confirmation
Confirm feasible processes, inspection scope, deliverables, quotation, and schedule for the actual project.
Clear project boundaries
BusbarMFG does not publish unverified certifications, equipment lists, standard tolerances, lead times, production capacity, customers, or case-study results. CCS integration, overmolding, welding, stamping, forming, lamination, and other specialized operations are evaluated and confirmed case by case.
